Before you start
Once you accept your offer, we’ll stay in touch with regular updates about your summer projects, your new teammates, and key logistics. We want to make sure you have everything you need to hit the ground running on day one!

Your first week
Your journey begins with our signature “Bemis Welcome.” To ensure a successful summer, your first days will include campus tours, networking opportunities with peers and executives, and foundational info sessions.

The rest of your summer is all about hands-on experience and big-picture learning. You'll tackle meaningful work in your specific function while attending weekly sessions that connect you directly with our business, leadership, and mission.

Where is the internship located, and what is the work model (in-person, hybrid, or remote)?
Our summer internships are based on-site at our headquarters in Sheboygan Falls, WI. Interns are expected to work in the office five days a week; we do not offer remote or hybrid internship roles at this time.
What are the details regarding compensation for interns?
Our summer internships offer competitive hourly pay tailored to your academic year and field of study. Compensation is reviewed annually to ensure market alignment.
Does completing the internship guarantee a full-time offer or future employment with Bemis?
We see our interns as the future leaders of Bemis. While interns are not guaranteed future employment, based on your summer performance and business needs, your manager will recommend next steps. This can potentially lead to a retuning internship offer (for the following summer) or a full-time position on a team.
