Before you start
Once you accept your offer, we’ll stay in touch with regular updates about your summer projects, your new teammates, and key logistics. We want to make sure you have everything you need to hit the ground running on day one!

Your first week
Your journey begins with our signature “Bemis Welcome.” To ensure a successful summer, your first days will include campus tours, networking opportunities with peers and executives, and foundational info sessions.

Where is the internship located, and what is the work model (in-person, hybrid, or remote)?
Our summer internships are based on-site at our headquarters in Sheboygan Falls, WI. Interns are expected to work in the office five days a week; we do not offer remote or hybrid internship roles at this time.
What are the details regarding compensation and lodging assistance for interns?
Every internship at Bemis is a paid opportunity. For candidates relocating to Sheboygan Falls, WI, moving stipends are available to assist with travel and transition expenses. Although Bemis does not secure housing directly, we provide local lodging resources and connect incoming interns to facilitate roommate matching.
Does completing the internship guarantee a full-time offer or future employment with Bemis?
We see our interns as the future leaders of Bemis. Based on your summer performance and business needs, your manager will recommend next steps. This can lead to a return internship offer (for rising sophomores and juniors) or a full-time position on a team.
