HOW TO ENTER:

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The contest (the "Contest") begins on February 15, 2010 and ends on December 31, 2010 (the "Contest Closing Date"). Official entry forms will be provided to eligible participants in training meetings by Bemis Manufacturing (the "Company"). Entrants must complete all data requested on the Contest Entry Form to be eligible for the Contest and submit the entry form to their Bemis sales representative. No facsimiles, reproductions or xerographic copies of the Contest Entry Form will be accepted. To enter, complete the Contest Entry Form. Limit one entry per person per plumbing establishment. All entries become the property of the Company and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entry forms are void. To be eligible, all entries must be received by the Company no later than 3 p.m. CT (Central Time) December 31, 2010 on the Contest Closing Date. No late entries will be accepted. Company assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, undelivered, illegible, or mutilated entries.

ELIGIBILITY:

2. The Contest is open only to plumbing contractors who attend a scheduled training session with a Bemis or Church sales representative and who are legal residents of the United States or Canada (except Quebec) who are 19 years of age or older as of the date the Contest begins. Officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of the Company, its vendors, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotional agencies of Company, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

DRAW:

3. One potential prizewinner will be selected from each of the Company's four regions, at random, each quarter. Four prizewinners will be selected March 31, 2010; June 30, 2010; September 31, 2010; December 31, 2010. By entering the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decision of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects, and to comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations, as applicable. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be notified via email or telephone two weeks after draw date and will be notified by the Company. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted in a timely fashion, or if for any other reason a prize cannot be awarded, another contest entry will be randomly selected until a prize has been awarded.

PRIZE:

4. Four entrants will be chosen each quarter to receive a $250 gift card. Each winner will have the opportunity to choose from five gift cards to include: Cabela's®, Bass Pro Shops®, Visa®, Gander Mountain® and BEST BUY®. The gift cards have a total approximate value before applicable taxes of U.S. $250. No prize may be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. The Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except as provided herein. The prizewinner must take delivery of the prize as instructed by the Company.

DATA COLLECTION AND USE:

5. By entering the Contest, each entrant consents to the Company's collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information for the purposes of consumer research and marketing and administering this and future contests. By entering the Contest, the winner grants the Company the irrevocable right to use and publish his or her legal name, likeness, and state or province of residence online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest and in connection with advertising and promotional purposes including but not limited to posting this information on the Company website. If the entrant and/or the winner does not wish his or her information to be used for these purposes, please see the Company's privacy policy at www.BemisMfg.com for more information. The winner also agrees, by entering the Contest, to assist the Company in obtaining authorization from his or her employer to utilize the employer's information in Contest publication.

GENERAL:

6. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal and local laws, and is void where prohibited by law. Entrants who submit more than one entry will be automatically disqualified. If, as a result of an error relating to the entry process, drawing or any other aspect of the Contest, there are more potential winners of prizes than contemplated in these Official Contest Rules, there will be a random draw among all eligible prize claimants to award the prize. All cost associated with prize acceptance, including but not limited to, all government, federal, state, provincial and local taxes, fees and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The winner is also responsible for any shipping and insurance costs associated with the delivery of the prize, unless otherwise arranged for by the Company. The return of any prize and/or prize notification as undeliverable or failure of any entrant to comply with any Official Contest Rules will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winner will be required to complete and return, within a specified period, any applicable tax forms, an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability/publicity release waiver for no compensation or consideration. The Company reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest without notice.

7. The Company is not responsible for any circumstances, which impede or prevent an individual from entering the Contest. The Company is not responsible for any failure of any postal authority to deliver any entry on time or to the correct address. The Company shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the winner or any other person arising from their participation in the Contest or the awarding, use or misuse of any prize awarded pursuant thereto. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Company, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage; and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy; which may be suffered directly or indirectly arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize awarded, any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded, participation in any Contest-related activity, or participation in the Contest. By entering the Contest, entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Neenah, Wisconsin, U.S.A., which court shall apply the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard for rules or conflicts of law.
