Assistant Corporate Controller
General Responsibilities:
Provide technical financial, business issue research and general business expertise to help the Finance Department and the Executive Leadership Team grow, diversify and strengthen the corporation in support of strategic initiatives Will require availability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 10-15% in support of projects.
Specific Responsibilities:
Assist the VP/Corporate Controller in the preparation, analysis and presentation of financial reports for management and outside organizations. Ensure the records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Communicate with all levels of management regarding fiscal policies and provide direction in implementation of these policies. Recommend new or revised accounting systems modernization initiatives. Coordinate activities in preparation for periodic audits by external organizations.
Assist VP/Corporate Controller in developing and pursuing improved process capabilities, perform basic research, gather specific best practice information, articulate Company needs and requirements, prepare proof of concept exercise, provide project organization services, lead and participate in strategic initiative team that support the objectives of the Executive Leadership Team, prepare reports and presentations.
Perform other routine and special financial analysis projects.
Supervisory responsibilities include Financial Analyst-Corporate Finance, Credit and Accounts Receivable Departments and related domestic accounts receivables processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- 5+ years experience in Accounting
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer Literacy – primarily Microsoft Office applications

General Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing CAD technical support for Engineering helping with technology, and product / process engineering advancements.
Specific Responsibilities:
Prepares part and assembly drawings for robotic end of arm tooling and secondary equipment using Pro-E and assist engineers in revising customer CAD files to reflect required changes.
Operate Pro Engineer Solids Modeler and similar CAD systems.
Prepares analysis information (part mechanical properties, weight, volumes etc.) for engineering and sales for customer quotations.
Prepare I.G.E.S transfers from Pro Engineering Data Base. Distributes and downloads CAD files from FTP sites.

General Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include managing uninterrupted supply of Production materials in support of the Proprietary operation; managing the relationships of preferred suppliers to support all Bemis manufacturing facilities and managing cost saving initiatives. Process Engineer II
General Responsibilities:
Responsible for evaluating and recommending improvements to the injection molding equipment and processes within the Kelch area to maximize our process offerings to our customers. Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering to ensure compatibility of molding equipment and parameters with other Kelch processing equipment.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage systems and procedures to assure all injection molding equipment and related auxiliary equipment is properly maintained.
- Assist Kelch management team with capital expenditures and advice for the good of the division.

General Responsibilities:
Works under the supervision of the Director of Operations providing clerical/administrative assistance.
Specific Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Responsible for factory placement; including job postings, setting up interviews, interviewing, screening, reference checking, making offers of employment for factory personnel, setting up and conducting indoctrinations and benefit sessions for new employees.
- Maintains daily employee contact covering a wide spectrum of questions and issues.
- Prepares personnel and department files for new employees and enters new employees into computer and maintains current employee profiles, including taking pictures.
- Update addresses, makes hourly and salary adjustments, performs transfer by department or jobs, rehires, and terminations in AS400.
