Bemis Ltd. is situated in Burnley, county of Lancashire, in the north of England. The nearest major city (and airport) is Manchester, approximately 22 miles away.

The site is located on one of the industrial estates just outside the town centre of Burnley. The Pennine hills can be seen in the distance. There are around 20 other manufacturing/distributing units on the estate.

Bemis Ltd. was one of the first units to open on the estate in July 1986. Looking at the photo, the far left of the building is the Reception area and office block (two floors) attached to the warehouse with loading bay in front. The long building at the back houses the injection moulding section and more storage space.

The offices were extended in 1992-1993, then renovated to an open floor plan on the ground floor in June 1999. The first floor has two conference rooms, a large area for displays, the main computer room, an archive room plus two more offices.
